SHIPPING POLICY

At Bold Blades we try to keep our most popular items in stock at all times, but at any given time we may be out of an item. Most of our blades come from US-based wholesalers but our bonnets, belts, sporrans, blazons and a few of our blades are imported directly by us. If we are out of stock we will, of course, tell you when you call or send a card or letter or call you if you mail an order. In the case of credit cards we will not charge your card until the times are ready for shipment.  If you pay by check or money order we will get your approval to hold these funds until shipment. If at any time you do not feel you can wait for us to re-supply, we will cheerfully refund your money, if paid by check. We try to ship all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to availability of UPS or the Postal Service. You will pay only one shipping charge in the case of multiple items ordered and packaged together. Fixed shipping charges apply to shipments within the continental United States. We will not ship internationally due to prohibitive costs of tracking and insurance. Rush shipments will incur additional charges. Please note the shipping surcharges on the larger swords, which are posted with each item. We cannot provide special selection on any item. Please provide your e-mail address and phone number with your order. We do not send junk e-mail. We do not ship COD.
